Season 1 Episode 3: Black Pudding

By Craig Thorburn - December 02, 2018

This week was quite a smorgasboard of music with new releases from three different artists!

Today's show had the usual wild mix of genres - some fun fiddle music from Sketch, bagpipe music from Niteworks and the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and classics from Pilot and Runrig.  Read below to hear about the exciting new releases!

New Music

Today we have new music from SAINT PHNX, Nina Nesbitt and The Tesla Coils.  From SAINT PHNX there's Deadmen/Death of Me - two songs from their upcoming album.

Nina Nesbitt's new release is Colder - the last single release before her full debut album. 'The Sun Will Come Up, The Seasons Will Change' will come out at the end of February and we have six songs released so far.  If you want to listen to them all, they're handily together in an EP, which was released with Colder yesterday.  Nina will also be coming to DC shortly after the release of her album, playing at the Union Stage on March 1.

The last new release we have this week comes from my hometown!  This is the first song to come from 'The Tesla Coils' who describe themselves as "'Slammin' together the Worst Offcuts of Punk, Metal, Country and Spoken word".  You can find 'Apes Go Wild' over on Bandcamp.
These new releases and more are over on the Full Scottish Breakfast Favorites playlist!
